Visualization isn’t simply about creating presentation renderings; it’s an important design tool as well. Incorporating visualization in the conceptual phase of the design process allows you to explore, validate, and communicate your ideas. In turn, this enables you to see the design before it’s real. This gives your design the edge it needs in order to be competitive in today’s market.

DP provides visualization (Rendering and Animations) to developers for marketing purposes, consultants for better analysis and design and contractors to showcase better construction sequencing.

We use Revit and 3DSMax for visualizations. The two programs complement each other well to provide flexibility for visualizing and communicating designs. We use Revit to model geometry and lights, apply materials and input information necessary for rendering. We then transfer that data to 3DSMax to create clearer, more accurate visualizations.
